This is a Job Share opportunity: 3 days per week (Monday in office)
As one of our Learning and Organisational Development Partners , you will play a pivotal role in building a culture of learning and continuous improvement across our organisation.
Alongside the Head of Learning and Organisational Development, you will support the development and delivery of innovative programs, lead OD projects and effectively manage key aspects of learning and OD at RSL LifeCare. Working closely with a range of strategic stakeholders (internal and external), the role will provide opportunities to drive capability and impact across the organisation.
About You:
You are an experienced Learning & Organisation Development professional with a passion for driving impactful change through OD initiatives. You bring a strategic mindset, strong experience, and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
To succeed in this role, you will have the following:
- Strong commercial mindset, driving value to the organisation through learning and OD impact, ensuring ongoing efficiencies and continuous improvement
- Proven strong experience across key aspects of OD ideally within organisations with a geographically distributed workforce
- Experience in designing, implementing and managing large initiatives including engagement, performance, leadership, Inductions, Diversity, etc
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage, influence and secure buy-in from Executive and Senior Leadership teams
- Relevant qualifications in Learning, Organisational Development, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver impactful learning and OD programs, aligned with organisational goals and workforce skill and capability needs.
- Support leaders and team members with materials and job tools that add value and support them in their roles
- Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to identify and address skill gaps and learning opportunities Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and organisational policies
