Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to enhance customer satisfaction.
Engage with customers post-contract to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing support.
Drive renewal and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
Conduct business reviews, including issue identification, opportunity assessment, and forecasting.
Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities, including follow-up actions.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.
