- Engage with customers post-contract to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing support.
- Drive renewal or expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Conduct business reviews, including issue identification, opportunity assessment, and forecasting.
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records, ensuring timely follow-ups and next actions.

Master proficiency in Inside Sales.
Advanced proficiency in Sales Onboarding
A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.
