As an Installer, you will be instrumental in the on-site construction and de-construction of our projects, ensuring the quality installation, operation, and service of our products. You will oversee all installation jobs, manage project timelines, and collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and other operational departments. Your expertise in exhibition stand construction, ability to read construction drawings, and understanding of rigging and site services will be critical to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Productivity and Efficiency
- Ensure quality installation, operation, and service of products.
- Providing innovative solutions to problems.
- Reviewing production drawings, identifying and rectifying mistakes
- Delivery of the project on time and communicating any setbacks/issues to the Operations Manager and Project Manager.
- Checking over all aspects of packed stand elements to ensure ALL components necessary to complete the build are there. Inc frames, fittings, furniture, flooring and infills.
- Identify the most cost-effective way of building structures.
- Perform post installation inspection (take photos of product, follow-up, completeness of project).
- Report any problems, safety issues, close calls, successes, and completion.
- Provide on-site supervision and hands on assistance for jobs as needed.
Operations Support
- Supporting the Operations with any relevant duties.
- Informing Operations of any installation and crew member problems.
Collaboration
- Scheduling installation and service of product with PMs and designers.
- Attend pre-construction meetings prior to installation.

- Liaise with other operational and service departments, ensuring that safe systems of work are adhered to at all times.
- Review design concepts and provide feedback on construction and potential issues prior to them being sent to the client.
- Manage the deliveries and collections, notifying the relevant parties.
- Communicate trouble reports, warranty issues, and back charges to project managers and billing department.
Inventory Management
- Ensuring all inventory is properly maintained and stored in the correct bay at all times.
Admin Duties
- Admin duties, including time sheets and checklists
Key Skills:
- Experience in Exhibition Stand Construction or Similar - preferred
- An understanding of the exhibition fabrication and installation process
- Own tools
- Forklift license (preferred)
- EWP license (preferred)
- An understanding of exhibition floorplans and exhibition show manuals.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- An understanding of rigging and other site services.
- Strong command of English in writing and verbally
