We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team delivering natural health solutions and helping our customers achieve their health goals. Utilizing your knowledge and experience with herbs, natural therapies and products, you will be providing sound advice to customers in-store and also clinic consultations
Key Responsibilities
- Consult patients one-on-one , using a holistic approach to advise and recommend the right products and treatment for their health journey
- Provide friendly knowledgeable advice and sales of supplements and herbal medicine in store, by phone, and online
- Assist with stock management, merchandising and promote a wide range of natural alternative products in-store
- Engage and build customer satisfaction in an open, supportive environment that encourages customer loyalty
What we look for
- Strong background knowledge of herbs, vitamins, nutrition supplements and a degree in naturopathy or nutrition
- Self motivated and reliable individual committed to providing outstanding customer service and sales experience
- Approachable, friendly attitude , and the ability to positively engage and foster customer rapport and loyalty
- Computer literacy, proficiency with social media an advantage

We offer a friendly collaborative environment with training and development opportunities to build your naturopathic knowledge and expertise.
The role will start at 2-3 days per week with a view to increased hours and weekend hours depending on the store's requirements up to 38 hours
