About the opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Instructional Designer to join our dynamic learning and development team.
The ideal candidate will be technically proficient and focused on delivering continuous improvement through smaller change initiatives that support our organisation's substantial transformation. This role requires someone who can match our team's high level of expertise in digital learning asset development, AI integration, and innovative learning solutions.
- Rapidly assess and scope training needs to support change initiatives
- Design and deliver responsive, high-quality learning solutions on time
- Create engaging digital assets – video, interactive modules, and micro-learning
- Integrate AI tools and emerging technologies into learning design
- Partner with business units to align training with capability and change goals
- Translate complex processes into clear, accessible learning experiences
- Apply advanced instructional design and adult learning principles
- Leverage tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, and AI-powered platforms
- Experiment with innovative delivery methods and scalable training models
- Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, focusing on creating engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Strong proficiency in systems, including CRM platforms and learning management systems (LMS).
- In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE).
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and multimedia development software.
- Demonstrated experience in developing system and role-based training programs.
- Experience in designing learning programs aligned with project objectives.
