Kelsian Group Limited is implementing Workday Finance and HCM across its global operations – and we need your skills to help thousands of employees embrace new ways of working through impactful, innovative digital learning content.
We are embarking on an exciting transformation program to implement Workday across our global operations, replacing legacy systems with an integrated Finance and Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. This program will transform the way we work, improve efficiencies, and enhance our employee experience.
About the Role
We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Instructional Designer / Digital Content Creator to design, develop, and deliver engaging learning and support resources for the Workday implementation.
You will partner with subject matter experts in Finance, HR, and IT to produce high-quality eLearning, video tutorials, quick reference guides, and digital assets to support user adoption and capability uplift across both the Finance and HCM modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Workday project teams, SMEs, and business stakeholders to identify training needs.
- Design and develop engaging learning materials, including interactive eLearning modules, infographics, and user guides.
- Ensure training content is accessible, user-friendly, and aligned to adult learning principles.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand and tone across all learning materials.
- Coordinate learning content delivery through our Learning Management System (LMS) and other digital channels.
- Support post-go-live change adoption through updated content and on-demand learning tools.
About You
To success in this role, you will bring:
- Experience in instructional design for technology or systems implementation projects.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, or similar) and experience in multimedia content creation tools and /or basis video editing skills.
- Strong visual design skills with a good eye for detail, accessibility, and usability.
- Ability to translate complex processes into clear, engaging, and easy-to-follow resources.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Workday or large-scale ERP/HCM/Finance systems (desirable)
