Initially, this position will support business units located in Australia and Japan with an opportunity grow into other countries within the APAC region.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs.
- Assist in change management initiatives and support organizational culture efforts.
- Collaborate and support the talent acquisition team in their efforts to meet business staffing needs.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP or HR generalist role.
- 3+ years of experience working in an HR role supporting employees in Japan
- 3+ years of experience working in an HR role supporting Australian employees
- Strong knowledge of employment law in the APAC region, specifically Australia and Japan
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English and Japanese languages
Preferred
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification is a plus.
