International Sales Manager
EGR is seeking a results-driven International Sales Manager with an engineering background and OEM experience to grow our international markets.

EGR is one of Queensland's largest manufacturing operations with headquarters and state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities located in Brisbane. EGR is a market leader in design and produces products for local and overseas automotive, building, architectural and display markets.
About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished International Sales Manager with an engineering background to join EGR’s global team. This role is focused on driving growth in the automotive sector, with a particular emphasis on partnering with OEM clients to deliver innovative solutions tailored to their needs.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, ideally within the automotive industry, and the ability to combine technical expertise with commercial insight. You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and representing EGR as a trusted solutions provider on a global scale.
What You’ll Do:
· Drive international sales and business development, representing EGR in key global markets
· Source quotes, negotiate effectively, and collaborate with global suppliers to deliver tailored solutions.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with automotive OEM partners and stakeholders
· Deliver tailored solutions for the automotive industry, aligning technical expertise with customer needs
· Be prepared to travel internationally up to 6–7 months of the year to meet clients and develop opportunities
What You Bring
· Automotive OEM background with strong industry knowledge
· An engineering degree and the ability to apply technical expertise in customer solutions
· A proven track record of sales and business development success
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
· Flexibility to be based in Brisbane (or willingness to relocate if not currently located there)

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
