We have an exciting and rare opportunity to join our team as Inventory Coordinator. The role requires someone with great attention to detail and strong analytical and organisational skills to ensure accurate and efficient management and control of finished goods inventory to company standards.
The role would be full time working 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30am to 2:00pm Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to our Inventory Manager you will support the following:
- Maintaining inventory; stock management including maintaining minimum quantities
- Liaising with Senior Merchandise Planner to review safety stock levels on regular basis
- Allocate online stock in an accurate and efficient manner
- Release of weekly stock orders from Supply Plan based on required demand
- Liaising with Sales team to provide up to date ETA’s for stock replenishments
- Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity and data accuracy
- Maintain product identification and locations
- Maintain Transfer Order ‘expected ship dates’, follow up on stock work orders ensuring all production timelines are kept within timeframes
- Manage “Pre Order” SKUs ensuring delivery estimates and qty. available to promise are maintained
- Perform and supervise planned cycle counts, research inventory discrepancies, and propose necessary corrections
- Communicate with Boutique managers to resolve inventory issues
- Documenting and controlling aged and damaged stock in online stock and showroom locations
- Manage new Boutique launch kits to ensure they are ready for dispatch, and confirm transfer orders to location on time
- Manage final call and last change items at showroom and online stock locations
- Manage cost centres, lead times, bill of distribution and costing templates
- Daily physical movement of stock; Manual handling and lifting involved
Essential Knowledge/Behaviours:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar inventory control role
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills required
- Current Australian driving license
- Exceptional product knowledge
- NetSuite experience is preferred however SAP or similar business systems experience will be considered
- Strong Excel skills and experience are highly desirable
- Demonstrates effective time management, attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills required
- Ability to meet daily goals and deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift, bend and pull heavy items

- Relevant experience in an inventory control environment with supply chain experience in retail industry (desired but not essential)
