What does the job look like?
We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Inventory Supervisor to join our C&HG team. In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for managing site inventory across multiple customers, ensuring stock integrity, compliance, and premium customer service. From cycle counts and stocktakes to process improvement and reporting, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all inventory functions while supporting a safe and productive work environment. Key Areas:
- Lead and supervise inventory control processes including receipting, stock adjustments, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
- Manage reporting functions such as out-of-stock, aged stock, credit returns, and product loss prevention.
- Develop and maintain operations manuals to ensure consistency in stock control procedures.
- Ensure accurate, auditable, and transparent stock transaction processes.
- Collaborate with operations and customer teams to meet service level agreements and objectives.
- Lead customer stocktakes, ensuring compliance with timeframes and requirements.
- Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the site.

- At least 12 months’ experience in an inventory or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, transport processes, and stock management.
- Experience leading teams, delegating tasks, and supporting positive workplace culture.
- Solid understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (SAP preferred) and pallet management processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and within customer timeframes.
- A high level of organisation, attention to detail, and commitment to customer excellence.
