About the Role
Are you an IT enthusiast ready for an exciting 6-month opportunity? At QIC Limited, we're looking for an IT Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is open to working rotational shifts, including day, afternoon, and night shifts. As the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues and requests, you'll provide proactive and reactive level 1 and 2 support for our IT services. This includes applications, printers, PCs, VOIP, mobile devices, cloud technologies, and networks. With a user base of approximately 900+ users both within Australia and internationally, this role offers a dynamic and engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service through effective management and liaison.
- Support internal customer interactions via various channels, including telephone, MS Teams, online portal, email, and in person.
- Perform user and system administration activities for various platforms, including MS Exchange, MS Active Directory, MS SharePoint, Cisco & IP Telephony, and MS Teams.
- Provide technical support for peripheral equipment and meeting room facilities. Maintain and oversee IT assets, invoices and identify service improvement opportunities.
About You
You will be someone who is flexible and adaptable and open to working rotational shifts. Your skillset will likely align with the following:
- Bachelor degree in Information Systems or similar.
- 2-5 years of industry experience in IT Service Desk or Desktop Support in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge and/or certifications in ITIL frameworks.
- Demonstrated knowledge of operating systems and technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an interest in AI.
- A responsive ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to work autonomously when required. Strong time management, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
