Band 7 - Salary Range $109,825 to $122,758 per annum + 12% Super + ADO
Salary offered will depend on level of skills and experience.

The Opportunity
At Melton City Council, we are dedicated to creating a vibrant and liveable city for everyone. As part of the Technology team, you will be key to help deliver the Technology Change Program (TCP).
In this role you will be responsible for providing support for the Technology Change Program (TCP) including PMO coordination, documentation control, managing and tracking activities to the schedule, track tasks in progress, flag and resolve issues, maintain documentation, prepare reports, coordinate meetings, and ensure the program aligns with ePMO standards and general administration.
This role works closely with program team, stakeholders, and change managers to ensure collaboration, communication, planning and organisation of the program’s delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate program schedules and manage stakeholders through the design, development and implementation of a large ERP system implementation program.
- Proactively identify, document and manage risks and issues, implementing targeted mitigation strategies to minimise impact and maintain forward momentum.
- Collaborate in the planning and coordination of the program by attending meetings, documenting meeting agenda, capturing attendance, minutes and actions.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
- Tertiary qualification in either business administration, governance or project management or lesser formal qualifications with substantial experience in program coordination within government or similar Organisational setting.
- Project administration coordination experience with demonstrated governance forums management, reporting, financial management support, risk management and presentation expertise.
- Demonstrated experience managing administrative and financial aspects of programs or projects, preferably within a local government context.
