We’re currently looking for a Junior Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team at Oxford Street Medical Centre in Bulimba.
No prior experience is necessary – just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and great people skills. Full training will be provided.
You’ll be part of a tight-knit team that includes 8 doctors, 3 receptionists, 2 nurses, and 3 allied health professionals. We value a positive team environment and regularly enjoy team bonding activities.
This is a casual/part-time position offering 15–30 hours per week.
MUST HAVE flexibility across Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturday mornings.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll help create a warm, welcoming environment and support the smooth running of our clinic.
What You'll Do:
- Greet patients and answer phone calls with a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with appointment bookings, patient check-ins, and general enquiries
- Patient triage
- Support basic administrative tasks like scanning documents, data entry, and filing
- Opening and closing of the clinic
- Communicate with doctors, nurses, and patients to help the day run smoothly
