Our Approach
We consolidate sub-sectors including Research, Advisory, Corporate Advisory, Private Equity/Debt & Property, empowering clients with direct access to wealth-generation strategies employed by prominent family offices and investment institutions.
Maqro also provides a strong compliance framework support by Sanlam Private Wealth in addition to company partnerships with Macquarie, Openmarkets, etc. You will join a team with market experience in Equities, Options, Bond Trading, Structured Products, Private Credit and Corporate Finance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a Sales role or a related position.
- Completion of a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree and/or significant relevant professional experience.
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate within a team
- Demonstrated success in building and nurturing relationships, utilizing consultative sales techniques
- Proficiency in understanding clients' business needs, identifying challenges and opportunities, and presenting tailored solutions
- Proven ability to effectively engage with multiple stakeholders
- Comprehensive knowledge of product offerings and industry dynamics, including market trends and competitive landscape
Responsibilities and Deliverables:
- Cultivate and sustain customer success through proactive account management, fostering opportunities for additional business growth.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of sales prospects through consistent sales development efforts.
- Expand relationships within existing accounts to increase influence and opportunities.
- Lead complex enterprise sales processes, engaging with key stakeholders across product, business, technology, and procurement teams.
- Employ a consultative sales approach to formulate account plans and address specific requirements for each client.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for payments-related matters within the assigned book of business, establishing trust and credibility.
- Exhibit strong relationship-building skills both internally and externally.
- Utilize CRM systems for tracking account activities and generating reports.
- Demonstrate responsiveness, reliability, and a focus on achieving results.
