The Position:
Due to recent growth, we currently have an opportunity for a National Account Coordinator to join our Business Partnerships team. This role is focused on supporting an account team in delivering a high level of customer service to both our major clients as well as our internal customers.
A key requirement will be to develop and maintain working relationships with designated OEM accounts, ensuring day to day service delivery, management of data and effective communication is delivered throughout the business. This role will also provide support to the National Account Manager and the operational branches in ensuring the achievement of business objectives.
What you will do:
Serve as the primary national contact for day-to-day operational issues
Build and maintain strong working relationships with designated OEM accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery and clear communication across the business
Support National Account Managers and operational branches to meet business objectives and exceed service expectations
Manage and analyze customer performance within agreed contractual parameters
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience
Provide timely and accurate reports on business activities to both National Account Managers and customers
Coordinate the end-to-end contract lifecycle management
What you will bring:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role working with OEMs, dealerships, or fleet management
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to uncover insights and emerging trends
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, presentation, and persuasion
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Quick learner and effective problem solver
Ability to multitask, plan, and execute effectively
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while thriving in a collaborative team environment
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle stressful situations professionally
