More about the Role:
As a Key Account Manager / BDM, You will be identifying and cultivating new business opportunities to accelerate revenue growth while maintaining strong relationships with the company's key clients.Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business clients.
· Maintain relationship with existing clients and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
· Provide exceptional support and build strong relationships with customers.
· Stay informed about market trends and competitors to identify potential sales opportunities.
· Work closely with the project management team to ensure smooth service delivery.
· Represent the company professionally and uphold our values of accountability, commitment, and Safety.
Experience, skillset and background:
· Proven 5+ experience in sales and business development within the contracting services or industrial sector.
· Experience in managing key customers and growing sales volume and revenue.
· Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
· Background or qualification within electrical / mechanical trade would be Preferable.
· A proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving results.
· Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
· Excellent planning and organisational skills, with adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
