We’re looking for a collaborative and engaging Regional Key Account Manager (KAM) to develop, drive and lead our East Coast regional growth agenda by maximizing the delivery of Nufarm’s Customer Value Proposition with Regional Key Accounts.

How You’ll Help Us Grow
Develop and execute robust, practical Business plans with select Regional Key Accounts, in consultation with the Regional Sales Team to balance long term, strategic growth initiatives with short term executional delivery across our foundational and differentiated product range.
Support the development of compelling Commercial offers and own the implementation alongside the Partner for Growth with select channel partners
Confidently deliver technical insights to customers that clearly articulate the value proposition of Nufarm’s products for the grower, versus competitor solutions and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes
Enable, coach & drive performance of the regional team in the capacity of second-in-charge
Lead/participate in industry technical events to showcase Nufarm’s differentiated portfolio and collaborate with Field Development Officers to define customer value propositions
Could This Be You?
You will bring experience operating in a commercial or technical Agronomy role across Sales/ Key Account Management preferably within a similar agricultural environment. You bring a passion for the Agricultural industry and a deep understanding of the crop segments in this region with a passion for maximising delivery through negotiation and strong customer service.
Technical-minded and customer-focused, you bring excellent business acumen and the ability to communicate, negotiate, influence, and develop constructive relationships with clients including channel partners and growers. You enjoy growing and developing constructive relationships with internal teams and customers alike, and you’re results driven, collaborative and outcome oriented.
Experience in using a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce.com) for customer data input, account management and analysis will be highly regarded.
