Job Description
We are expanding our team in Penrith and surrounding areas and would love to welcome a passionate and dedicated Key Worker to join us in making a positive impact in our community. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in supporting families and children by helping reach their full potential.
In this role you will:
- Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner.
- Deliver Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) services to participants within schools, homes and the community.
- Provide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of life.
- Collaborate within the multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- University qualifications in one of the following fields: Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work, Primary Education or Early Childhood Education.
- Extensive key worker experience working with children aged 0-9 years and families.
- Strong knowledge and advocation for the key worker model.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a caseload.
- A desire and passion to deliver high quality, evidence based therapeutic ECI services.
