The Role
Our Kiosk Attendants need to have the highest level of customer service skills.
The primary responsibility of our Kiosk Attendants is to deliver first class services to our patrons ensuring it’s in line with our Mission, Vision and Values.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café
- Replenished condiments as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash
- Apply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Promote the centres services and programs to our patrons
- Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
- Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options
- Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the centre's peak periods
You will NOT required to hold food handling qualifications - experience making coffee preferred. Kiosk sales as well as food prep such as toasties, plus making sandwiches / hot dogs etc for Ninja Parc birthday parties
Skills & Attributes:
- Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style
- Coffee making/ barista skills (desirable)
- Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2).
- Current CPR Certificate.
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- Ability to be flexible during the centre's peak periods
- Availability Saturdays and Sundays
