It’s an experience – made up of great ambiance and of course, brilliant customer service. We now operate 12 restaurants around the country with more growth plans in the works! We’re looking for awesome people to join the team at our brand-new Motto Motto Japanese Kitchen in Gasworks Plaza.
Motto Motto was born out of the kitchen of one of Australia’s most awarded Japanese restaurants, Sono.
We take the best parts of traditional Japanese fine dining and reimagine them in a casual, contemporary restaurant environment to deliver a truly unique food experience.

Our roles are part-time and casual. We’re a hospitality business, so you need to be available for a mixture of shifts during the week and on the weekends. You will be offered the role on the assumption you qualify to commence a Traineeship. Depending on your performance, full-time opportunity will be offered to the right person.
