The Boiling Crab is actively seeking kitchen staff for our Sydney Haymarket location! Dive into the spirited and family-friendly atmosphere of our restaurant, renowned for authentic Louisiana-style Cajun seafood. The origins of The Boiling Crab trace back to the small Southeastern Texas town of Seadrift, where our founders, Yo'Daddy and Yo'Mama, grew up in a community of dedicated crabbers and fishermen. This spirit of hard work and weekend seafood feasts laid the foundation for what would become The Boiling Crab, which opened its doors in 2004 in Garden Grove, California. Today, we are proud to have nearly 28 locations that celebrate the joy of a traditional backyard crab fest.
The Boiling Crab is known for its lively environment and menu that includes favorites like crawfish, shrimp, crab, fried catfish, and gumbo, all seasoned with our signature Whole Shabang sauce.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Possess at least 3 months of experience in a kitchen setting.
- Are legally eligible to work in Australia.
- Have experience with line cooking in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Are eager to learn and follow the established franchise systems.
- Have fundamental kitchen skills.
