The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Food Services, the Food Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day performance, guest experience, and commercial results across multiple Food Service venues. This is a strategic leadership position where you will ensure operational excellence, lead high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional hospitality experiences that exceed customer expectations.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Oversee multi-site operations ensuring adherence to brand, service, and quality standards
✅ Drive financial performance through sales analysis, cost management, and strategic planning
✅ Lead, coach, and develop venue managers and teams to achieve operational excellence
✅ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations (95% compliance target)
✅ Support new venue launches and implement continuous improvement strategies
✅ Manage KPIs including COG (26%), labour costs (32%), and venue scorecards (90%)
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a multi-site or high-volume operations management role in hospitality, retail or travel retail
Strong people leadership skills — able to coach, guide, and motivate diverse teams
Commercial mindset with experience in cost control and sales growth
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in POS systems, rostering platforms and reporting tools
Relevant hospitality or business management qualifications preferred
✔ Excellent operational knowledge of hospitality standards and compliance
