The role
Crown offers a wide range of dining experiences, from casual to premium settings. We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Stewards to support our operations across a number of our venues. Including - Conservatory, Mahogany and Teak Restaurants to name a few.
In this role, you’ll contribute to the smooth running of the kitchen by maintaining cleanliness and supporting the team with essential back-of-house tasks:
- Maintaining general cleanliness and sanitising of all kitchen surfaces.
- Using various types of commercial dishwashers and cleaning chemicals.
- Taking out rubbish bins, assisting with deliveries and restocking.
About you
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
You'll need:
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience working in a fast paced, high volume commercial kitchen in a similar position.
- Awareness of Occupational Health & Safety and food hygiene.
- Ability to undertake repetitive tasks and work autonomously.
Additional Information
This role requires:
- Full, unrestrictive working rights in Australia.
- Ability to commit to a 7-day rotating roster including late nights, weekends and other peak periods
