Role Overview
As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play an important role in preparing and serving high-quality Japanese dishes while maintaining our standards of speed, presentation, and cleanliness. You will work closely fellow team members to ensure an excellent dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items to Motto Motto standards.
- Maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are followed at all times.
- Support kitchen operations including stock rotation, prep, and cleaning duties.
- Communicate effectively with Front of House staff to ensure smooth service.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve service goals during peak periods.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and positive working environment.
About You
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is highly regarded but not essential.
- Passion for food and interest in Japanese cuisine.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.95 – $42.13 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
