ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Land Management Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as database maintenance, purchase orders, invoice processing, payroll data entry, and credit card reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Process dockets to maximise financial outcomes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and comprehensive reporting to stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, manage travel arrangements, and complete general administrative duties as required.
- Support Work Health and Safety (WHS) compliance by adhering to policies, reporting incidents, and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Contribute to environmental sustainability by following company policies, reporting hazards, and supporting sustainability initiatives.
- Maintain security compliance by following protocols, updating requirements, and promptly reporting potential incidents.
ABOUT YOU
- Suitability for Defence security clearance (Australian Citizenship Mandatory);
- Land management or Environmental Management field (preferred)
- Experience with Information Technology based systems and databases
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Administration Experience Minimum 2 years (Preferred)
- Experience working in a Defence environment (Preferred)
