Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Lawn Care and Garden Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about gardening, reliable, and have a strong work ethic. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining and enhancing our clients' gardens and lawns, ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide lawn mowing, edging, and trimming services to maintain pristine lawns.
- Conduct garden bed maintenance, including weeding, planting, pruning, and mulching.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as needed and in compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of work sites after each job.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet their landscaping needs.
- Assist with additional landscaping projects, including planting trees/shrubs, installing irrigation systems, and other tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lawn care, gardening, or landscaping is preferred but not required; we provide training for enthusiastic beginners.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of basic horticultural practices and plant care is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina to perform tasks in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
