The team

The Digital team enhances regulatory operations through business systems and user-centred design, managing core platforms like ASIC CRM, Regulatory Portal, Search, data repositories, and key digital channels, including the corporate website.

The role

As a Lead Analyst, your role will encompass the following:

  • Shape knowledge resources, refine policies, and troubleshoot complex regulatory system issues.
  • Drive user acceptance testing, ensure quality assurance, and train team members while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Your role also includes supporting system transitions, fostering process innovation, and collaborating with experts to enhance ASIC's regulatory systems.

About you

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or experience in customer relations, complaints, or support desk environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, and similar systems.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer service expertise.
  • Skilled in business process understanding, testing, data analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Independent, outcome-driven, and adept at managing tasks efficiently.

Capabilities:

Analytical Thinking: Extract, interpret, and connect data to identify trends, risks, and solutions.

Learning Agility: Adapt quickly to change, apply past insights, and stay current with trends.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and leverage networks, communicate effectively, and drive outcomes.
