The team
The Digital team enhances regulatory operations through business systems and user-centred design, managing core platforms like ASIC CRM, Regulatory Portal, Search, data repositories, and key digital channels, including the corporate website.
The role
As a Lead Analyst, your role will encompass the following:
- Shape knowledge resources, refine policies, and troubleshoot complex regulatory system issues.
- Drive user acceptance testing, ensure quality assurance, and train team members while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Your role also includes supporting system transitions, fostering process innovation, and collaborating with experts to enhance ASIC's regulatory systems.
About you
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and/or experience in customer relations, complaints, or support desk environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, and similar systems.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer service expertise.
- Skilled in business process understanding, testing, data analysis, and problem-solving.
- Independent, outcome-driven, and adept at managing tasks efficiently.
