As a Lead Educator, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and guiding the learning journey of our children, creating a warm, inclusive, and inspiring environment that fosters growth, development, and exploration.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire a team of educators in the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care.
- Develop and implement engaging, child-centered learning programs that cater to individual needs.
- Build strong relationships with families, supporting their child’s development and well-being.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in the Nursery room
- Collaborate with other educators and management to continually improve practices.
- A recognised Early Childhood Education qualification (Bachelor or Diploma level - or working towards those qualification).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with children, families, and colleagues.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and guiding a team.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
- Can work full time and flexible in shifts
- Lead experience in the Nursery room (desirable)
