Blackmores is embarking on a multiyear, transformation period that will enable efficiencies, a reimagined employee experience and supply chain optimisation across the entire Group.
We are looking for a people-focused, Enterprise Architect to play a vital role within our enterprise-wide ERP transformation program. Working across the Blackmores business, you will lead, consult, and oversee multiple business transformation and system integration projects across the Blackmores group. You will design and build solutions across the company’s middleware and business systems, digital channels, and AI and data platforms.
This role is ideal for an Enterprise Architect who thrives in a collaborative environment, can interact with stakeholder of all levels and enjoys solving business problems.
We are looking to hire someone on a min. 2 year fixed-term contract (as an employee), with the expectation that we will need to extend for at least another year. We work flexibly and have offices in Surry Hills and Warriewood.

Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with business executives and operational stakeholders to develop responsive enterprise architecture capabilities
- Work with operational and delivery teams to ensure efficient development, delivery, measurement, and governance of organisational change
- Design and lead the implementation of system architecture based on business requirements and IT strategies
- Ensure System Integrator solution proposals meet the requirements of our business
- Consult on application development projects to fit systems to the broader enterprise architecture and manage application and integration development resources and partner
Who are you?
- An Enterprise Architect who has recently worked on a complex ERP transformation project
- You must thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy interacting with stakeholders of all levels and have team leadership experience
- Qualified in Computer Science or a relevant IT subject with considerable business, application and integration architecture experience
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks, Delivery and Governance
- Consumer Goods Manufacturing or Retail experience, an understanding of supply chains and manufacturing.
