Job Description

As our Lead Quality Advisor, you’ll be the strategic lead for quality across NSW & ACT, partnering with project teams and clients to embed best practices within our business. You’ll be the go-to expert for quality assurance, continuous improvement, and compliance — but more importantly, you’ll be a champion for smarter ways of working – not just ticking boxes, but raising the bar.

This is a role with real influence, where your ideas will be heard, and your expertise will help shape how we deliver excellence across the region.

What’s in it for you?

  • A leadership role with flexibility to grow in the direction that excites you.
  • The chance to work on landmark projects that shape communities.
  • A team that values authenticity, initiative, and continuous learning.
  • Opportunities to innovate, lead change, and leave your mark.

The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Please apply, all applications will be considered.

Qualifications

The qualities that help you thrive

  • A degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • Experience working in or alongside design consultancies — you understand how quality fits into the design and delivery lifecycle.
  • A strong grasp of ISO standards, audit processes, and quality systems.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to lead, influence, and inspire.
  • A passion for problem-solving, innovation, and making things better.

Additional Information

Why you’ll love working with us

  • Flexible work arrangements, including alternative start/finish times, part-time, job-sharing and hybrid work options
  • Purchase up to 6 weeks additional annual leave per year
  • Flex public holidays – swap Easter or other holidays for ones that suit you better
  • Continuous learning and growth - lunch and learns, professional development courses, financial study assistance, 5 days paid study leave, global career opportunities

Ready to push the limits of what’s possible?

We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, including those with disabilities, additional health or mental health needs, and/or neurodiverse conditions. If you require any adjustments during the hiring process, please let us know.

Applications are reviewed as they come in, and the role may close earlier than expected, so if this opportunity sounds like you, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
