About the Role
As Learning & Development Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for supporting training, tracking development, and ensuring our amazing team stays compliant and upskilled.
You’ll:
Manage our training calendar
Administer our LMS (ELMO)
Produce compliance reports
Work with our amazing employees, trainers & external partners
Keep training content up to date
Support internal comms, policy reviews, and more!

What You Bring
Admin or coordination experience in L&D
Great attention to detail + time management
Confidence using systems (LMS/ELMO a plus!)
A team player mindset
Strong communication & relationship-building skills
Bonus if you have a Cert IV in Training & Assessment or a related qualification!
