What you will do as the Learning Program and Talent Advisor
- Manage the full learning lifecycle from procurement, to scheduling, delivering and evaluating our live and virtual programs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of fit for purpose learning programs.
- Create engaging content for our virtual learning programs.
- Communicate and promote our program to learners, managers and external providers.
About you
In order to succeed in the role, you will have demonstrated experience in:
- The coordination and support of L&D programs using an LMS.
- Providing a high level of support and customer service delivery.
- Coordinating procurement processes to engage external learning providers.
- Successfully setting priorities and delivering quality outcomes on time.
- Engaging constructively with stakeholders.
- The application of the principles of adult learning and learning design.
- Designing online learning using Articulate 360 or similar platform.
