Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for property administration? CBRE is seeking a Part-Time Lease Administrator to join our team at Riparian Plaza, supporting the management of commercial and retail leases with precision and care.

About the Role

As a Lease Administrator, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate lease and tenant information, ensuring timely billing, and supporting the broader property management team. This is a dynamic position that requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset.

Here’s what you will focus on;

  • Maintain and update lease data for accurate income recognition and reporting.
  • Interpret leases and licence agreements, including rent reviews, outgoings, turnover rent, and special conditions.
  • Set up accurate billing and distribute invoices in line with CBRE policy.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants and the Riparian Plaza Management Team.
  • Draft tenant communications and manage general reception duties.
  • Code creditor invoices and compile tenant invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance and bank guarantee requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Senior Property Manager.

Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;

  • Previous administration experience with a passion for property and a can-do attitude
  • An understanding of commercial leases, licences and property documentation desirable
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Highly organised with strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • QLD Real Estate Certificate or working towards it
