Lease Manager

Job Description Summary

We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented Lease Manager to oversee lease administration and portfolio activities for one of our key client accounts. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing lease operations, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance across a high-performing integrated portfolio.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee lease data accuracy and database integrity

  • Liaise with solicitors on documentation for new sites, renewals, options, and surrenders

  • Manage CPI and fixed lease increases, abstract reviews, and reconciliation approvals

  • Support invoice and revenue management, including rent rolls, payments, and variances

  • Conduct quality reviews across lease obligations, compliance certificates, and reporting

  • Maintain alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Facilitate building committee meetings and ensure Green Lease compliance

  • Analyse portfolio expenditure, identify savings, and provide market benchmarks

  • Ensure Landlord compliance with lease obligations, issue breach notices and resolve lease clause disputes as required

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in lease/property management or commercial real estate

  • Strong grasp of property databases and reporting systems

  • Familiarity with AASB16 lease standards and financial reconciliations

  • Ability to interpret lease documentation and ensure stakeholder compliance

  • Exceptional attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Customer-centric mindset and experience managing diverse internal/external relationships
