Responsibilities:
Assist in scheduling and arranging client meetings.
Take meeting notes and organize documents.
Provide necessary translation of documents between Chinese and English.
Conduct legal research and case analysis under the guidance of lawyers.
Support lawyers in mediation, court hearings, and document handling.
Assist in the drafting of legal articles.
Assist in receiving visiting clients and answering calls when required.
