The Role
We’re looking for a Lending Specialist to join our Parramatta team. If you enjoy helping people, know your way around loan applications, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.
You’ll be working with business-supplied leads, guiding customers through the lending process and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
- Customer Service with an X-Factor : Conduct telephone appointments with borrowers to understand their needs
- Loan processing : Prepare and submit loan applications with accuracy and care
- Team collaboration : Work closely with our Credit and Settlements teams to keep things moving
- Relationship Management : Deliver great service to both internal and external customers
- Communication & follow-up : Keep turnaround times sharp and communication clear throughout the loan process
About you
What we're looking for:
- Industry experience: Background in lending or sales, ideally within the mortgage space
- System know-how: Comfortable using credit systems and following established processes
- Customer focus: Strong communication and service skills—you know how to keep people informed and supported
- Organised mindset: Proactive and able to manage your workload efficiently
