About the role
You will be responsible for contributing to the provision of quality customer service in the Lane Cove Libraries. You will assist with the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Library technologies; as well as repairing and maintaining audiovisual items.
About you
The successful candidate will have:
- A Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualifications and experience;
- A current ‘Paid Worker – Working with Children’s Check’ clearance (NSW);
- A commitment to the provision of high-quality customer service;
- An ability to work in a team environment;
- An ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks;
- Strong and effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
- An ability to refer matters to senior staff on duty as appropriate;
- Knowledge of installation and maintenance of Library technologies
- An ability to work evening and weekend shifts as required;
- A Class C Drivers Licence
- Previous public library work experience

Salary range:
Up to 86K per annum, (including 12% super) dependent on the skills, qualifications and relevant experience of the suitable candidate.
