About the Opportunity
Full training in library functions provided!
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to provide an efficient, friendly and high-quality service to the residents and visitors of Karumba.
Working in the Karumba Customer Service Centre & Library, this position provides front line customer service and library attendant duties.
Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded, however, is not essential as full training will be provided.
Ideally, you will have:
- Experience in Microsoft Suite
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work without direct supervision.
- Great public relations skills
- Cash handling skills
- Exceptional telephone manner
- High level communication skills
- Ability to provide administrative support to all areas of Council
