Job Description
Join us as a trade-qualified Mechanical Maintainer, where your resilient, solutions-driven mindset and hands-on expertise will be essential. In this role, you’ll deliver expert maintenance services—both planned and reactive—to keep our heavy mobile fleet robust, safe, and fully functional. You're someone who takes pride in workmanship, never compromises on safety, and genuinely thrives in a collaborative, hardworking team culture that values looking out for each other.
A day in the life:
You’ll be trusted to take ownership of key responsibilities, including:
Perform planned and breakdown maintenance and repairs to top-tier standards.
Validate the safety and operational readiness of equipment before it returns to service.
Take initiative—identify and implement process improvements to minimise downtime and prevent rework.
Contribute to our proactive safety culture, aligning with company values through daily practices.
Consistently meet maintenance targets and KPIs on time.
Proactively identify, assess, and control workplace hazards.
About you:
We’re looking for someone who brings both technical capability and the right attitude. Ideally, you will have:
Trade Qualification
Hands-on experience with diverse heavy machinery
Understand the companies high regard for safety and hold the same values.
Enjoy working in a team environment with a positive attitude, reliability and a passion for your trade.
