About the Role:
- You will play an essential part in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our venue, helping to ensure a great first impression for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:
- Performing general cleaning and maintenance of public areas and grounds
- Keeping all housekeeping trolleys, tools, and equipment clean, tidy, and securely stored
- Following lost property procedures to ensure all items are recorded and handled correctly
- Responding promptly and professionally to any guest requests or needs
- Complying with all Workplace Health and Safety guidelines, as well as Standard Operating and Safe Work Procedures
- Supporting the wider team with occasional ad-hoc duties to ensure the smooth running of daily operations
- Perform general handyperson and trades tasks within the venue
