The Role
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance/Gardening Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our buildings, equipment, and grounds are maintained to the highest standards, in line with organisational guidelines and legislative requirements.
About You
Essential:
- Able to perform routine maintenance tasks on buildings, equipment, and facilities.
- Maintain the grounds, including gardening, landscaping, and outdoor upkeep.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance needs.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations.
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly to minimize disruptions to the facility.
- Sound Communication skills that foster good working relationships
- Demonstrated methodical approach to problem solving
- Basic Computer skills
- Physical ability to perform manual labour and operate gardening/maintenance equipment
- Current NSW Drivers Licence (Manual & Automatic)
Advantage:
- Prior experience working in a similar role
- Forklift Licence or willingness to obtain
- Working at Heights Competency or willingness to obtain
- Chemical Handling Certificate
