AAMG is partnering with a leading contractor who is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for their site.

AAMG have been engaged by our client partner to assist them in recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor working at one of regional Queensland's biggest Mining Projects!
The Role:
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible leading the maintenance crews on-site looking after trucks, diggers, ancillary and light vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example in the safe and cost-effective maintenance of heavy equipment.
- Oversee repairs and maintenance, ensuring timelines, budgets, and safety standards are met.
- Accurately document daily task and maintenance activities.
- Build strong relationships and lead a high-performing, safety-focused team.
- Trade Qualification in Disel Fitting (or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in mining.
- A strong track recording in leading safe, high-performing teams.
- Current G1, G8, G9 (S1, S2, S3) and G2.
- Valid Coal Board Medical & S11
- Attractive salary on a 7/7 roster.
- Company funded FIFO
- Permanent, long-term role on a project with stability.
- Camp accommodation with meals, gym, wet mess and all PPE provided.
