ICBM SERVICES PTY LTD is looking for an experienced Management Consultant for our client's organisation across
NSW, WA in Australia. On a full-time basis, you will be part of a multidisciplinary and well-supported team.
Title: Management Consultant, Full-time position
Salary: A$ 85,000.00 to 95,000.00 plus super
Work Location: In person.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Economics, management or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, advertising or related fields.
- The ability to evaluate complex data and identify patterns is essential for crafting effective solutions.
- Consultants must be adept at diagnosing problems and developing actionable strategies.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are necessary for presenting findings to clients and stakeholders.
- Building trust and fostering relationships with clients is a critical aspect of the role
- Consultants often handle multiple projects simultaneously and must manage deadlines effectively.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of specific industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, manufacturing) can be highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Meeting with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and operational structure.
- Conducting research on the client’s industry, competitors, and market conditions.
- Performing SWOT analyses to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Gathering quantitative and qualitative data from internal and external sources.
- Analysing financial records, operational reports, and other critical metrics.
- Using tools like spreadsheets, databases, and software to uncover insights.
- Developing comprehensive strategies tailored to the client’s needs.
- Proposing actionable recommendations to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with the strategy.
- Overseeing the execution of recommended changes or strategies.
- Providing training and support to employees or management teams.
- Ensuring milestones are met and adjustments are made as necessary.
- Preparing detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations, and outcomes.
- Conducting follow-up evaluations to ensure sustained improvements.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Serving as a trusted advisor by consistently demonstrating value and expertise.
- Crafting innovative solutions to address complex challenges.
- Staying informed about industry trends and emerging tools.
- Leading teams of analysts, junior consultants, or project managers.
- Inspiring confidence in stakeholders and driving collaborative efforts.
- Ensuring client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
- Avoiding conflicts of interest and providing unbiased recommendations.
