Bradnam’s Windows and Doors are pleased to have on offer the position of Showroom Consultant at our Central Coast (Tuggerah) location.
The Role
This is an exciting sales opportunity within a highly regarded windows and doors manufacturer. You’ll be a key part of servicing both retail and trade customers, and building a strong customer base and relationships.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Strong focus on developing lasting relationships with clients
- Provide advice to clients based on their product briefs
- Achieve and report on agreed KPI’s
- Target new prospects
- Prepare formal quotations based of project plans, schedules, inspections, or other paperwork
- Educate clients about our products and brand
- Follow up on customer leads
- Develop product knowledge
About You
- Previous Customer Service or Sales Experience desirable
- An understanding of the construction industry or a willingness to learn
- Administration and data entry ability
