Role Overview
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our flooring showroom. This role is central to ensuring our clients receive an exceptional in-person and phone experience, while also supporting the broader team with inventory management, logistics coordination, and sales administration.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Reception
- Greet showroom visitors and assist with product inquiries
- Manage all incoming phone calls and follow-up communication
- Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming showroom environment
Sales Administration
- Process sales orders and quotations
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Support the sales team with documentation, samples, and client coordination
Inventory & Sample Management
- Monitor and restock timber and coating samples in the showroom
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to reorder and replenish stock
- Manage inventory levels using our inventory management system
Logistics & Order Coordination
- Organise freight, pickups, and deliveries with logistics providers
- Track and manage lead times, ETA updates, and delivery confirmations
- Communicate proactively with clients about order status
CRM & Systems
- Ensure all client interactions and sales processes are logged in the CRM
- Maintain product, price list, and customer data accuracy
- Assist in developing and improving internal systems and workflows
Key Skills & Attributes
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with CRM and inventory software (experience with [insert platforms] a plus)
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Experience in a showroom, retail, or administrative role (flooring or interiors a bonus)

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
