As Manager Change & Communications, you’ll lead the development and delivery of strategic change and communication practices across Customer Service. You’ll enable successful project execution, uplift change maturity, and protect customer experience and business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver robust change and communication strategies that support successful project and program outcomes
- Lead the development of Customer Service’s change management practice, embedding tools, frameworks, and standards
- Drive continuous improvement through stakeholder education and evolution of change and comms maturity
- Develop and lead strategic and operational communications aligned to our Customer Service North Star
- Support delivery excellence and embed best-in-class ways of working across teams
- Own and optimise Customer Service’s SharePoint and manage critical incident communications
- Embed a customer obsessed, high performance culture across the team, supporting talent, development and succession planning.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven leadership experience (5+ years), with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams
- Advanced change management capability, with experience applying methodologies in large-scale customer-facing environments
- Strong project delivery skills, with the ability to integrate change across complex businesses and multiple sites
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior leaders
- Skilled in influencing and negotiating to drive adoption and alignment across diverse teams
- Experience managing strategic communications and digital platforms (e.g. SharePoint)
