This role will direct analytics processes and be responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team, using analytics to drive innovation and enterprise objectives. The Manager Data & Analytics Service should be a business strategist who knows the flow of health information, understands its context, and is aware of how it links across the enterprise with regard to deriving value within and for Sunshine Coast Health.

Key Responsibilities include:
Undertake analysis of data to identify future priorities and issues for the health system that informs the development and review of organisational and health service plans and informs healthcare purchasing decisions.
Build and maintain extensive networks and partnerships with all levels of stakeholders across SCHHS, other Hospital and Health Services, key Queensland Health agencies, non-government agencies, academic, institutes and commercial industry.
Facilitate an environment for data and analytic innovation to occur, including expanding the organisation's participation in research underpinned by analytics.
Provide over-arching project/program management for large scale analytic initiatives, including the development of formal and comprehensive proposals, plans, budgets, etc.
Remuneration value up to $182,185 p.a., comprising salary between $150 906 - $159 677 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO8).
