Our Australian Support Centre in Brisbane is seeking a passionate internal leader to step into the role of Repair and Service Support Manager on a secondment basis until February 2026.

What You Bring:
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to develop and embed compliant processes and documentation.
- Experience in retail support, supplier relationship management, and financial reporting.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Previous experience in jewelry production, repair, and service (Michael Hill experience preferred).
