What you will be doing
Reporting directly to Senior Manager, Culture and Capability, this role will be responsible for:
- Support staff development through meaningful goals, performance management, and growth opportunities.
- Apply specialist knowledge to design and evaluate capability-building solutions.
- Design a customer-centric approach to our learning and development policy and processes to ensure our workforce are clear on how to access learning experiences and advance their own career pathways.
- Deliver learning and capability uplift projects that enhance performance and experience
- Create organisational development plans using data and change management to drive transformation
- Lead leadership framework reviews to guide employee growth and planning.
What you will bring to the role
- Proven experience in developing and delivering organisation-wide capability improvement strategies.
- Experience in designing digital learning experiences using current learning technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
- Leadership and collaboration skills in inclusive environments; resilient and adaptable.
- Tertiary qualification in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field.
- Commitment to the VEC's core values
